Story Time Yoga and Meditation
Story Time Yoga is a fun and interactive way to enjoy yoga! We will learn easy yoga moves while engaging in a story to stimulate creativity and the imagination. We end the class in a short yoga nap with calming live music.
This class teaches mindfulness and self-regulation techniques. Students who practice yoga often improve their performance in all areas of life. Yoga promotes confidence and supports a healthy mind and body as well as compassion and kindness.
Hi Beanstalk Friends! I'm Emili and I teach Yoga. Yoga is very fun and easy to do and it helps us to feel happy and healthy. I love to practice yoga and meditation with my friends and I hope you can join us sometime!
